This was announced by the Minister of Finance Bolat Zhamishev in reviewing the draft law "On introducing amendments and addenda to the LawRK "On republican budget for 2011-2013," in the Senate, Kazinform.

The minister said that this amount will be used for development of livestock and associated industries, promotion of Kazakh grain to world markets and the release ofgrain-enterprises for new crop subsidies for food-eggs, milk, reducing the risks to particular areas of emergency off-farm irrigation and drainage canals and structures, and other purposes. Total amendments to the national budget for 2011-2013provide for an increase of 311.6 billion tenge.
