Bulgaria and Saudi Arabia extend cooperation in agriculture

The capital Sofia has held a business forum on the investments in the agriculture sectors of Bulgaria and Saudi Arabia, with the participation of Bulgaria’s Food Minister Miroslav Naydenov and his Arabian counterpart Fahd Abdulrahman Balghunaim. At the forum, Bulgarian businessmen presented their activities and ideas for cooperation. The representatives of Saudi Arabia have shown interest in investing in cereal crops which necessitate irrigation resources. The Saudi Arabia investors have chosen Bulgaria for its favourable natural conditions, the observance of the law, the transparency of business relations and the lack of corruption.
