Debt problems over the globe remain the main negative factor that drives stock prices lower. European issues, U.S. slow economic recovery push investors towards getting rid of their financial instruments, getting the price levels even lower. UAIndex solely has shown decrease of -4.56% as only Landkom has shown increase in the stock price level. Countries are forced into austerity measures with cutting social spending and tax increases. Such actions drive global economy down as people are also cutting their spending, which means lower demand for products, less production and thus less taxes that can be paid. There seems to be a vicious circle, which needs to be resolved ASAP.
