Russia to issue $21 bln Eurobond in 2012-2014

Russia plans to offer $21 billion worth of 30-year Eurobonds in 2012-2014, the Finance Ministry said on Monday.
Russia will place $7 billion worth of Eurobonds per year, the ministry said in a draft budget posted on its website.
