Oilseeds purchases have ceased in Ukraine

Number of big companies ceased purchasing oilseeds due to continuous talks about introduction of export duties for oilseeds (rapeseed, soybean) and sunflower oil. Only few companies keep buying at reduced prices.
We have information that export duties for oilseeds (rapeseed, soybean) and sunoil can be imposed beginning from November 01, 2011. Nevertheless the draft regulation hasn’t been registered in the Verkhovna Rada yet. The detailed information can be found in newsletters by UkrAgroConsult.
