French investor sells 15% in UkrSibbank

European Bank for Reconstruction and Development purchased from BNP Paribas (France) a 15% stake in UkrSibbank, included into a group of the largest banks in Ukraine.
According to the UkrSibbank statement, as a result of a transaction, the BNP Paribas stake reduced to 84.99%. Earlier, it has possessed a 99.99% stake in the financial institution.
As it was reported, on May 5, the EBRD has officially stated about its plans to purchase a stake in UkrSibbank (included into BNP Paribas Group).
