Privatbank meeting of shareholders has decided to include one more foreign investor, Triantal Investments Ltd, Cyprus based entity. Shareholders have also agreed to initiate additional emission of shares. Bank’s equity has been increased by 3.4BN UAH to the level of 13.5BN UAH. Triantal Investments Ltd, have already announced previously about their intentions to purchase 33.3% of Privatbank’s shares.
