Landkom reported final data on harvesting situation

Ukrainian agro-industrial company Landkom International PLC significantly increased the yield of wheat and barley in the southern region. Such information was primarily available at the company’s site.
Yields of winter barley increased by 110% to 4.03 tons per hectare, while the figure in 2010 was 1.9 tons / ha. Winter wheat increased by 50%, to 3.23 t / ha (2010 - 2.2 tons / ha). In the southern region, the company has collected winter wheat crop in the area of 4.382 ha (in 2010 - 1.654 ha), winter barley - from 535 hectares (588 hectares).
The company also has in the southern region of 1.648 hectares of land sown under sunflower and soybean. Harvesting in the Western Region's largest companies and the central region is now in full swing. Harvesting of winter oilseed rape and wheat began on July 8 and continues on today.
Approximately 65% of winter oilseed rape and 15% of winter wheat are harvested. In the western region, the company gathered the winter barley harvest from an area of 1.352 ha with a yield of 3.93 t / ha. Inclement weather last week in the western region was replaced by a friendly one. However, approximately of 7% canola crops were damaged.
