Yuriy Logush, one of the leading managers of Kraft Foods is leaving this position to become part of MHP team as a marketing director and vice-president of the company. It is expected that Mr. Logush will create new business model for the holding.

At least that’s what is expected from him in the company itself. Yuri Logush made such decision during the staff meeting in Kiev. He stated himself that he will work with MHP as the next step in his career. According to Mr. Logush, he has already given certain consultations for the company on the western approach to business.

At this moment h is planning to use his experience for further development of Ukrainian agro holding. New CEO of "Kraft Foods Ukraine" is Lukachuk Taras, who has been working at the company since 1995. Since 2008, he led the Kraft Foods business in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

Yuri Logush is one of the first Western managers, who led the company in Ukraine. Before coming to the country he served as chief operating officer and chief financial officer at Garden State Health Plan in the U.S. (1982-1992). He was engaged in teaching activities in the Graduate School of Business Administration of Fordham University in New York.

In 1994 he founded the Mission of KPMG / Barents Group in Ukraine, and worked as its first director. He took part in the management of government donor programs, in particular TACIS (support privatization), USAID (the creation of the National Academy of Banking). He founded the Mission of RJ Reynolds Tobacco International in Ukraine and was its CEO in 1992-1994. In 1995 he started working at "Kraft Foods Ukraine".

Yuri Logush will take over as vice president in MHP, director of marketing and sales, and will focus on changing the distribution policy. Today, the company's share of industrial production of chicken meat is approximately 50%. By 2013 its production capacity for chicken will increase by 50-60 thousand to 410 thousand tons and by 2015 they will grow up to 580 tonnes Mr. Logush says he plans to focus on marketing policy of holding: "We plan to strengthen our brand, "Nasha Ryaba."

The company plans to increase market share in meat products, which now amounts to 10% in real terms. Mr Logush transfer to MHP was not a surprise to market participants. According to the executive director of Dragon Capital Tomas Fiala, it has been almost a year when Mr. Lugush was expected to leave “Kraft Foods”.
