Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMC) has provided Cypriot Limited and Vita Genero Pomarium Capital Limited (pomarium Lat. - Orchard) permission to buy 18 companies in the Khmelnytsky and Chernivtsi regions belonging to the established in this region large agricultural corporation "Svarog West Group."
According to the ACU, Vita Genero has the right to buy over 50% of LLC "Levada-2003" (s.Chotyrboki), "Podolsky Gospodar-2004" and "Seredinetskoe" (both - s.Mokievtsy), "Dovira "(Antonina village), "Agropribuzhzhya-2007 "(s.Zaharivtsi)," Svarog-Dnister "(s.Kucha)," Svarog-Export "(s.Livintsy)," Lotivka Elite "(s.Lotivka) and" Trading House "Shepetivsky Zukor." In addition "Lotivka Elite" can obtain 50% in PAO "Antoninskoe" (Antonina village), and TD "Shepetivsky Zukor" - PAO "Shepetivka Sugar Factory."
In Chernivtsi region Vita Genero has the right to purchase more than 50% of OOO "ATZT Myrna" (s.Orschivtsi), "Svarog-Bucovina" (s.Lomachintsy), "Dnistrovy dew" (s.Vashkivtsi), agro-firms "Orshivska" (with Orshivtsi) and "Kobolchinskaya" (s.Kobolchin). Pomarium Capital may acquire more than 50% of private enterprise "Bukovina Agrosvit" (s.Serbichany, Chernivtsi region.) Ltd. "Bukovina's Garden" and "Agrosad-2005" (both - s.Vashkovtsy) and LLC "Ovochevy dim Podillya "(s.Mokievtsy).
