Bill on the land market will be considered in September (Ukraine)

A draft law on land market Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will consider in September this year. This was reported in the press service of the State Agency of Land Resources with reference the head of the agency Sergei Timchenko.
According to the report, pursuant to orders of the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych department has also developed a roadmap of activities to complete the land reform and the introduction of a land market. It is envisaged that in the near future the document will be approved by the government.
"Our goal is to prevent landlessness of peasants. We need to help the owners of land to realize that the right to sell the land is not requirement to do so! We need them to give them useful advice to cultivate the land, lease it or on bail, and to sell - only as a last resort "- as stated by Sergey Timchenko.
