“Fora” has intitiated placement of bonds 120M UAH total worth

Placement of the bonds will take place from July 25, 2011 to July 24, 2012 at the "Ukrainian Stock Exchange".
The bonds will be in rotation until July 24, 2014. It is planned to accommodate 120 thousand bonds with a face value of 1K UAH. According to the prospectus of bonds, funds raised will be used to fund development programs store chain "Handicap".
In particular, according to a report in the next 3 years, the company plans to open 70 stores, with 60% of them in the country. Underwriter location is the company "AP Securities" (Kiev).
