In the first half of 2011 "Agroton" significantly increased sales of grains and oilseeds

In the first half of 2011, the company "Agroton" has sold 55 thousand tons of wheat worth 14M USD which is 45 thousand tons of sunflower seeds (27.5M USD) and 22.9K tons of corn (5.6M USD) from its own reserves of the crop of 2010 as stated in a press release of the company.
It is noted that for the same period in 2010 the company has sold: 41.376 tons of wheat at 5.27 M USD and just over 6K tons of sunflower seeds for 1.82M USD and 1.675 tons of corn for 245K USD.
"This significant growth in sales confirms the correctness of the decision to postpone the sale of crops, especially sunflower seeds and wheat crop in 2010, in order to profit from rising prices for these crops", as stated in the press release.
