KyivKhlyb was able to raise 150M UAH from placement of securities

During July 25, the issuer disclosure system of the State Commission on Securities and Stock Market stated that the PSC "Kyivkhlib" finished the placement of Series A bonds in the stock markets of "Ukrainian Stock Exchange". According to the company, the amount of funds raised amounted to 150.39 million UAH.
Nominal interest unsecured bonds were issued in book-entry form with a nominal value of 1K UAH. The interest rate for the first year of the bonds was set at 18% per annum. Term of circulation of securities is May 13, 2014, at the same time, the terms of issue provided an annual offer.
According to the company, raised funds will be spent on investment in basic equipment, energy saving technologies, repayment of loans and lines of credit for the purchase of grain.
