Agrogeneration was able to raise 11.5M EUR during the IPO of the company on NYSE

Agro AgroGeneration (Paris) is specializing in the production of grains and oilseeds in Ukraine during an initial public offering (IPO) of shares on the NYSE Alternext attracted 11.5M EUR.
According to the company's stock exchange release, given the large demand for securities subscription rose to 143% of the standard offer (4.878 million additional shares), AgroGeneration decided to increase the supply to 5.6 million shares (16.4% of the enlarged share capital).
As it was reported, AgroGeneration during the end of June had planned an IPO on the NYSE Alternext, where the company planned to place 4.878M to 6.451M additional shares.
Price per share was set at 2.05 euros. The organizers of the placement are a French company Invest Securities and banking group Rothschild.
