HarvEast will invest in the development of the company

Agroholding HarvEast, created by SCM and “Smart Holding “ is planning to invest 80M UAH (Ukrainian Hryvna or approximately 11.5M USD) in the modernization of the production. According to CEO of Agroholding Dmitriy Skornyakov, such investment was a part of half-year development program. He also specified that partially this sum was spent for purchase for the purchase of harvesting machinery.
Long-term development strategy will be developed in October-November of 2011, yet published only in 2012. Nevertheless Mr. Skornyakov stated that it is already determined that the main aim of the company will be oriented on plant growing and milk production. For the current year company is planning to receive 150M USD revenue and start exports of grains.
