The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine gave permission to LLC "Agrotrade capital" (Kyiv) for the acquisition of stakes in OOO "Victoria Agro", LLC "Novi bridges" and DC "Semal" (all - Poltava region). It is reported that this acquisition provides excess of 50% of the votes in the supreme governing body of the issuer.
