On Wednesday, June 29 the UAIndex decreased by 0.78%. MHP and Landkom were the worst performing indices. MCB Agricole showed largest increase of 10.93%.
AgroGeneration will increase its capital by 10m EUR
Such action of the company will most likely result in further take of a public offering of shares with no preferential subscription rights. Thus the major stakeholders will not participate in the offering. Subscription period is scheduled for from June 29, 2011 to July 12, 2011. The new shares will be offered at 2.05 EUR each in the total number of 4,878,049 shares, or 6,451,219 shares in case of over-allotment option. The shares will be delivered on July 19, 2011.
