Ukraine is not ready to set up a single pool with Russia and Kazakhstan, First Deputy Agrarian Policy and Food Minister Mykola Bezugly told a briefing.
"Permanently, negotiations on setting up such a single grain pool continue, but there is not enough information and I am not able to say that we can stand as a single grain pool on this market," he noted.
Earlier, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has said that creation of such an association is logical and grounded. "At the same time, Ukraine, Russia and Kazakhstan occupy approximately 30% of the grain export market in the world .Therefore we have no sense to compete. We should agree our actions in order that the situation on the market was prognosticated and controlled."
