Law № 3387-VI "On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and the rates of export duty on certain types of crops" is published

In "Uryadoviy Courier" newspaper on June 17, 2011 law № 3387-VI "On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and the rates of export duty on certain types of crops" was published.
In particular, the law provides for the establishment of rates of export duties on wheat and a mixture of wheat and rye until January 1, 2012, spelt – 9%, but not less than 17 euros / ton, barley - 14% but not less than 23 euros / ton, corn - 12% but not less than 20 euros / ton.
The above export taxes on grains come into effect on July 1, 2011
We remind that on May 19, 2011 Verkhovna Rada adopted a bill № 8321 from 31.03.11. 226 deputies voted for the law. President of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych, signed the Law № 3387-VI, which introduces 9-14% tax on grain exports until 2012, on June 10, 2011.
