NBP: Balance of FDI inflows up to EUR 1476mn in April

The balance of foreign direct investments in Poland amounted to EUR 1,476mn in April, 2011, vs. EUR 1,458mn a month earlier, and vs. EUR 1,000mn a year earlier, the National Bank of Poland (NBP) has said.
In the last 12 months (May, 2010 - April, 2011), FDI inflow was EUR 8,444mn vs. EUR 11,113mn a year before.
In April, 2011, the balance of foreign portfolio investments was positive and amounted to EUR 1,219mn.
