Exports of goods and services in 2011 will be $84.993 billion - forecast

According to the amendments made by the Government to the main macro forecasts of economic and social development of Ukraine in 2011, the negative trade balance will be $4.936 billion (in the previous version $3.398 billion). This is stated in a decree issued on the government portal.
Exports of goods and services in 2011 will be $84.993 billion ($10.553 billion more than in the previous forecast).
As percentage of the previous year, exports growth will be 22.7% (instead of 10.3%).
Imports of goods and services from Ukraine are projected at a total of $89.929 billion (12.091 billion more). In comparison with the previous year, imports will grow by 23% (previously 10.4%).
Forecast of the main macroeconomic indicators has been approved by the Cabinet on August 11, 2010. In December 2010, the Government already made changes to the document.
