Sweden's Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken to buy Ukraine's Accept Bank

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has allowed Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (Stockholm, Sweden) to acquire Kyiv-based Accept Bank, the committee said in a statement.
The committee declined to specify which stake in the bank the Swedish investor will acquire.
Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken already owns SEB Bank (Kyiv) in Ukraine.
As UKRINFORM reported, in late December 2007, SEB Group acquired Factorial Bank (Kharkiv) for USD 120 million, and in early 2009, it completed the process of Factorial Bank's accession to SEB Bank on the rights of its department.
