Myronivsky Hliboproduct increasing land assets

One of the largest agro-industrial complexes of Ukraine, OJSC Myronivsky Hliboproduct (MHP), announced the acquisition of 100% of shares in LLC Start, LLC Balas and co-operative Ukraina, which are engaged in cultivation of crops in Khmelnitsky region (western Ukraine).
This acquisition will add to MHP 12,000 hectares of land, which will become part of MHP's crop growing enterprise, CJSC Zernoproduct MHP, the company said.
OJSC MHP is the leader of Ukraine's agro-industrial complex, working in the domestic market since 1998.
The holding company includes 20 enterprises located in different regions of this country. All businesses form a closed cycle of meat production. Some companies engage in production of sunflower oil, as well as cultivation of vegetables and fruits.
The company is a manufacturer of chicken under the Nasha Riaba brand, gourmet beef under the Certified Angus brand, delicacy goose liver under the Foie Gras brand and prepared meat dishes under the Lehko! brand.
