Government interested in OECD experience in creating favorable investment climate - Kliuyev

Ukraine is interested in studying the experience of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development in creating most favorable investment climate. This was stated by First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Andriy Kliuyev at his meeting with an OECD delegation.
According to him, creating conditions for increasing investment attractiveness of Ukraine is one of the government's key tasks. "We are actively engaged in deregulation of the economy. Only in April, the Parliament passed about 15 bills aimed at simplifying business environment in Ukraine," Kliuyev said.
As reported by the press service of the First Deputy Prime Minister, the parties discussed the OECD project on the strategy of branch competitiveness for Ukraine. According to the executive manager of the Eurasia competitiveness program, Antonio Somma, the goal of the program is acceleration of economic reforms and improvement of business climate.
