Crimea sets up economic development fund

In Crimea (Ukraine's south), the Economic Development Fund will be set up. A relevant decision was taken at a meeting of the Crimean Council of Ministers on Tuesday.
According to the Crimean Finance Minister Mykola Skoryk, the aim of setting up the fund is to finance measures on complex social-economic development of the peninsula.
The resources of this Fund will be used for development and realization of projects that are of strategic importance for Crimea, measures for raising its investment attractiveness, organization and holding of exhibition events, the main information policy department of the Crimean government informs.
