Ukreximbank to raise USD 150mn for export development

The Cabinet of Ministers has permitted Ukreximbank to attract the publicly guaranteed additional funding for the joint with World Bank second project on export development, the press office of the bank reported.
As part of the project USD 150 million will be raised for up to 30 years to finance investment projects of Ukrainian exporters, as well as the needs of these companies for working capital, which will facilitate the continuation of positive trends of previous export development projects implemented by Ukreximbank jointly with the World Bank.
As in previous projects, Ukreximbank will be a direct borrower of the World Bank funds, and will be responsible for implementing the project and bearing all credit risks.
