French minister alarmed by drought

France’s Ecology Minister Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet stated on Monday that France is experiencing a bad drought which may have a serious impact on agriculture.
She said that 31 departments of the country will have to restrict their water consumption in May.
Still, the minister noted that the weather can change and the situation may thus improve.
