Ukraine. Statistics service notes GDP growth by 5.2%

According to preliminary data, in January-March 2011, real gross domestic product increased by 5.2% compared to the same period in 2010 (in 2007constant prices). This was reported by the State Statistics Service.
Compared with the 4th quarter of 2010, taking into account the seasonal factor, GDP increased by 2.9%.
The State Statistics Service during the year was prйcising the indicators of real gross domestic product.
In 2010, GDP increased by 4.2% compared with the previous, to 1,094.607 billion UAH (at current prices, 1 USD - 7.98 UAH).
The Cabinet expects that in the current year GDP will grow by 4.5%, in 2012 by 6.5%.
