France recorded a growth of 0.4 percent in the third quarter, in line with previous prediction, the national statistics bureau Insee said Friday.
The eurozone's second largest economy registered a slower-than-expected growth over the 0.7 percent in the second quarter, the agency data showed.
The agency revised the country's full-year growth up to 1.6 percent in its latest estimation, which requires the output in the last quarter also grow by 0.4 percent.
Economy Minister Christine Lagarde viewed the reading a "good" figure within the government's expectation, indicating the country is moving out of the global economic crisis, according to local media.
