2010 German investments in Russia top $10 bln

Last year Germany invested more than $10 billion dollars into the Russian economy.
Speaking at a meeting in Berlin marking 90 years of trade relations between two countries, Russia’s deputy Economic Development Minister Andrei Slepnev underscored the priority nature of this country’s economic ties with the Federal Republic.
“Germany remains one of our biggest foreign investors,” Slepnev said.
