IMF predicts inflation in Ukraine in 2011 at 9.2%, GDP growth at 4.5%

Inflation in Ukraine in 2011 will be 9.2%, however, in 2012 it will decline to 8.3%, according to a report by the International Monetary Fund (IMF), entitled "Regional Economic Outlook: Europe. Strengthening the Recovery," posted on its website on Thursday.
According to the report, among European countries, inflation will be higher than in Ukraine only in Russia (9.9%), Belarus (12.9%) and Montenegro (9.3%).
According to IMF forecasts, GDP growth in Ukraine is expected to reach 4.5% in 2011 and 4.9% in 2012.
