Criminal charges against illegal government land sale

The prosecutor general in Crimea started criminal proceedings against Massandra for illegally selling 25 hectares of government land. The company known in Ukraine for its wines is worth much less than the land it controls on behalf of the public. Currently it has over 4000 hectares on Crimea’s south coast and apparently has been illegally selling bits of property. The question is whether the money went to the director or company. We think the former.
