IMF lowers 2011 GDP growth forecast for Poland by 0.1pp to 3.7%

Poland's economic growth will likely amount to 3.7% in 2011 and to 3.9% in 2012, according to the International Monetary Fund's (IMF) forecasts cited by the economy ministry after the IMF mission's visit to the ministry.
In its April World Economic Outlook, the IMF put the figures at 3.8% and 3.6%, respectively, while it predicted the 2016 growth at 3.9%.
The Polish government's representatives expect GDP growth at 4.0% this and next year vs. last year's 3.9%.
