Japanese economy to start recovering in second half of year

The Japanese economy will be suffering a setback until June following a disastrous earthquake and tsunami in March this year, but will start actively recovering in the second half of the year.
The opinion was advanced in Hanoi by the President of the Asian Development Bank Haruhiko Kuroda. He feels that his country will cope with some acute production problems in a matter of months.
On the other hand, the Yomiuri daily points out, the greater part of top managers of Japan’s leading private companies fear that they will end the current fiscal year in the red.
