WTI pledges MHP shares to ensure transaction with Morgan Stanley

WTI Trading Limited (Cyprus) (belonging to MHP CEO Yuriy Kosiuk) has pledged some of the MHP shares as security for the financial transaction with Morgan Stanley. This is said in the company's statement posted on the London Stock Exchange website.
Furthermore, in accordance with the terms of the financing transaction, 50.1% of the MHP capital will be blocked until repayment of obligations under the transaction, which is expected to take place in April 2014.
MHP is a vertically integrated company, one of Ukraine's largest producers of poultry (TMs Nasha Ryaba, Legko!).
