Moodys raises oultook for Ukraine's financial sector

The ratings agency said that Ukraine's credit portfolio may grow by 10% in 2011 and by another 15 to 20% in 2012. The agency said that although the level of bad debt and loans that have been restructured remains at 40% the number is not likely to increase. As a results bank reserves will be able to grow and this will lead to an increase in lending.
