Ukraine. The regulation on grain exports quotas introduction has been signed. The document was published on the government’s website and will go into effect as soon as it is published in the newspaper of the Ukrainian Government “Uriadovyi Kurier”.

The regulation introduces grain exports quota on the level of 2.702 MMT including 2 MMT of corn, 500 KMT of wheat, 200 KMT of barley, 1 KMT of rye and 1 KMT of buckwheat. The quotas will be valid till December 31, 2010 and allocated in proportion to submitted applications. The regulation may be published in the tomorrow’s issue of the government’s newspaper.
