German experts believe Ukrainian land is cheap

In an interview on Deutsche Welle Mr. Oleh Niv’ievsky said that he believes that after the moratorium on agricultural land sales is lifted, Ukrainian land prices will probably be the cheapest there are globally. Mr. Niv’ievsky is an economic analyst in a German Ukrainian economic analytical group. He said that Ukraine’s lands will remain low prices because the country has a high level of political risk which makes agriculture here even more risky than in other countries.
