IMC received USD 10 million from EBRD

According to the official information released by the company, IMC attracted USD 10 million loan from European Bank of Reconstruction and Development. Loan, attracted under the program of exports development. Company stated that attracted funds will be used for refinancing of existing company’s debt. Company CEO Alex Lissitsa stated: “The loan, received under the program of IBRD, allows IMC to reduce the cost of existing debt and extend the maturity of the debt. Debt reduction and refinancing of the current debt are the priorities for IMC in the current and next year”. Company will be aiming to further develop its activities, including increasing exports volumes.
