Belarus' GDP up 1.5% in January-October

In January-October 2014 Belarus' GDP totaled Br620.2 trillion, up 1.5% from the same period last year, BelTA learned from the National Statistics Committee of Belarus.
In January-October the labor productivity of the gross domestic product reached Br121.4 million, up 3% over the same period a year earlier.
In January-October the industrial output went up by 1.7% over the same period of 2013 to Br556.4 trillion. The figure in October was Br58.7 trillion, up 6.2% as against October 2013.
In January-October agricultural production went up by 2.1% on the same period in 2013 to Br116.5 trillion.
The share of innovative products in the total volume of merchandise shipped in January-October 2014 was 14.2%. Capital investments totaled Br168.4 trillion.
In January-October a total of 4,271.5 million square meters of housing was commissioned, up 3.3% from January-October 2013.
The wholesale trade reached Br444.3 trillion (up 10.4% from January-October 2013), retail amounted to Br251.1 trillion (8.2%).
