Stock Partnership to sell 17.9% stake in PFTS

The Stock Partnership association council has decided to offer for sale to the association members a package of 17.9% of the shares in the PFTS stock exchange, the press service of the association, which owns 573 shares of the exchange, reported.
"The sale will be made in stages at auction, with fragmentation of the package into lots. The auctions will be held from mid-May this year, and the Association Council, in turn, will make every effort to organize auctions that would ensure obtaining the best market price," Borys Tymonkyn, chairman of the Association Council, said.
The total number of PFTS shares is 3,201, of which MICEX (Russia) owns 50%+1 share, Stock Partnership 17.9%, when there rest of the shareholders are market participants and others.
