According to the report, released by the company, Ukrproduct indicated decrease of total sales revenue by -24.2% to USD 29.3 million compared to USD 38.6 million during the same period in 2013. At the same time Cost Goods Sold fell by -31% to USD 22.6 million, leading to overall gross profit increase by 14.5% to USD 6.6 million. Difference between operating expenses and profit declined by -2% to USD -4.46 million compared to USD 4.54 million in 2013, while financial expenses were 5 times higher at USD -5.7 million, including loss on currency devaluation of USD -4.79 million. Company ended first half of 2014 with net loss of USD -3.4 million. Net cash flow from operating activities rose 5-fold to USD 4.3 million, while net cash flow of the company was negative at USD -415 thousand. Company’s distribution network focused mainly on Ukraine, hence we assume that decline in sales is attributed to military operation in the East of the country.
