United Grain Company may get a three-year contract for conducting grain interventions

The license granted to OJSC United Grain Company (UGC) for conducting state grain interventions may be extended for three years, said a deputy agriculture minister.
The current one-year contract of UGC expires in October.
At the moment, the Agriculture Ministry is preparing a contest to choose an agent for managing the state intervention fund. The transfer of the fund’s management at once for three years is considered this time, not for one year as before.
