Soybean processing plant in Globino (Poltava region) successfully started 2014 crashing campaign. The compliance of plant’s production (soybean meal, soybean hydrated oil and granulated soybean husks) with international standards ensured by application of technology of direct extraction as well as automatization and monitoring of technological process. High quality of in-house produced soybean and purchased from third parties soybean and is a key of effective plant operation.
Launched in January 2014, the plant has already processed over 125 thousand tonnes of soybean, produced 92 thousand tonnes of high-protein soybean meal, 22 thousand tonnes of soybean hydrated oil and 3 thousand tones of granulated soybean husks. During the first 6 months of 2014 soybean processing segment contributed 22% of Group’s revenues with exports comprised 19% of the total segment's sales.
