The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) granted permission to Astarta agro-industrial holding to acquire Zerno-Agrotrade, reads a report published on the AMCU official portal. “Permission has been granted to LLC Astarta-Kyiv (Kyiv) for the acquisition of a stake in the authorized capital of LLC Zerno-Agrotrade (Kyiv), which provides for the majority of votes in the company’s board,” the report says.
