Moody's Expects Ukraine's GDP To Grow By 4% In 2011, Inflation To Be 11%

The Moody's international rating agency expects Ukraine 's GDP to grow by 4% in 2011 and inflation to be in Ukraine 11% (December on December) in 2011.
Ukrainian News learned this from a statement by Moody's.
According to the statement, Ukraine 's GDP grew by 4.2% in 2010, and inflation was 9.1%.
According to Moody's, the deficit of the Ukrainian consolidated budget in 2011 will make 4% of GDP against 6% in 2010.
In the opinion of the rating agency, the deficit of the current account of balance of payments will make 2.5% of GDP against 1.9% of GDP in 2010.
The state debt of Ukraine , according to Moody's, will make 40.5% of GDP in 2011 against 40% of GDP late in December 2010.
Moody's sees among advantages of Ukraine the relatively low level of state debt, qualified and relatively low-paid labor force.
The agency sees among Ukraine 's problems the unclear situation with prospects of the cooperation of Ukraine with the International Monetary Fund, high level of susceptibility of the Ukrainian banking system to risks, lack of proper speed of structural reforms.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine expects GDP to grow by 4.5% in 2011 and inflation to be 8.9%.
