Polish investor ING OFE increased its share in Kernel’s authorized capital

Institutional investor ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (ING OFE, Poland) has acquired a stake in Kernel. As a result, the investor increased its share in the Ukrainian company’s authorized capital to 6.1%. This was made known through a report published on the holding’s website. Kernel spokespersons specify that ING OFE became the holder of 4.786 Ml shares as of June 9 and got entitled to an equivalent number of votes at general meetings. Prior to the acquisition, ING OFE owned 3.911 Ml shares of Kernel, or 4.91% of the authorized capital.
