Kuban Agriholding expanded its land bank to 90 Th ha

Kuban Agriholding expanded its land bank by 4 Th ha to 90 Th ha. By the means of the land bank expansion, the company expects to increase the total crop by 6% in 2014, to 790 KMT.
Kuban’s land bank grew through the acquisition of CJSC Agro-industrial Firm MIR (Ust-Labinsky district, Krasnodar region). The acquisition deal was closed in late April.
Kuban’s land bank has tripled since 2002, when the agriholding was founded starting with 30.4 Th ha. The new land parcel is projected to enter the holding’s crop rotation in the fall of 2014 and to be planted to winter cereals, corn, sunflower, soybeans, and sugar beet.
