According to the official information, released on company’s website, MHP will hold annual shareholders meeting on April 28, 2014 in Luxembourg. Meeting’s agenda will include:

• Presentation of the management report and auditor’s report to the shareholders;
• Presentation of the Annual Consolidated Statements for the year ended December 31, 2013;
• Allocation of the results;
• Ratification of the allocation of a part of the non-distributable reserve for own shares to the share premium in relation with the Company's shares bought back by the Company;
• Discharge to be granted to the independent auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2013;
• Discharge to be granted to the members of the board of directors for the financial year ending 31 December 2013;
• Ratification of the director's remuneration for the financial year 2013;
• Renewal of the mandate of the independent auditor until the following general meeting called to approve the annual accounts of the Company as of 31 December 2014;
• Ratification of the interim dividends paid during the financial year 2013.

    
It is also expected that the company will reiterate on the risks it might face with regards to the current political and economic instability in Ukraine.
